NAS has added four more sample reports to our permission based portal - two reports from Laura Davies, M.D. and two from Richard Greenberg, M.D. The "Sample Psychiatric Reports" category of our website enables users to view sample psychiatric reports from our associate doctors.

Online sample reports give valuable insight to our doctors, while demonstrating NAS' excellence in providing structured quality-assured reports.

Access Directions:

  • Go to "Our Doctors" at www.savodnik.com
  • Look for the sign-in box with the image of a pen
  • Click-on "please contact us for access credentials".
  • Follow directions and submit!


In order to protect all involved, names and organizations have been deleted. Our archive of sample reports will continue to grow over time.
