NAS has added an enhancement to our website that enables permission-based users to view sample psychiatric reports from our associate doctors. 
 
We are creating new ways for you to get to know our psychiatrists through Meet & Greet cocktail receptions, enhanced online biographies, our "Spotlight" series and dedicated postcard mailings.
 
Now, online sample reports from NAS provide an essential piece of the decision-making puzzle.

  • Click-on "please contact us for access credentials".
  • Follow directions and submit!


In order to protect all involved, names and organizations have been deleted. Our archive of sample reports will continue to grow over time.
