We’ve Changed our Name—and More!
by Irwin Savodnik, M.D., Ph.D.
Irwin Savodnik, M.D. & Medical Associates is now National Assessment Specialists (NAS). We’ve made this change because we’re growing (see below). New offices, more physicians, added staff and another state. The result is that we are more able to offer you the finest, fastest and most personal service you can find anywhere. During this growth period, we’ve worked hard at improving the quality of our reports. To that end, we’ve refined our transcription and proof-reading operations, enhanced our appointment process, begun a brand new website and developed standardized procedures that will reduce errors and inefficiency to a minimum.
We are now able to submit reports electronically, so you can receive them within seconds of our transmission. Many of our readers already receive NewsGram via email. With time, our email contact with you will likely increase. In the new post-SB 899 world, we are able to submit special requests, treatment forms and related materials instantaneously, which enables us to help workers get back on the job in the shortest possible time.
What’s in a name? In our case, it’s a lot of energy, hard work and determination. We insist on being the best. No, we’re not perfect, but we’re trying to get as close to perfect as possible. And we want you to know that if you have a problem regarding a case, you can call us anytime. If we’re not in, be assured we will get back to you in the shortest possible time. We love the work we do and we want you to love it too. Any questions? Give us a call at 800-577-1717 or 310-517-1717.
New York, New York…Start Spreading the News! NAS Going National
We’re pleased to announce that we have opened an office in the heart of New York City. You can make an appointment simply by calling our regular number. Our midtown office is ideally located and just a half block from Central Park. Bus and subway access is a cinch. Our address is:
National Assessment Specialists, Inc.
50 West 72nd Street
New York, NY 10023
At the present time, about half of our referrals come from out of state. Referral sources as far away as Georgia, Tennessee and Texas have been asking us for years if we would consider extending our practice to other states. After giving this possibility a lot of thought, we’ve made it a reality. Our plan includes an additional three offices in the city for the convenience of claimants and clients.
Right now is a great time to try us out. You can set up appointments through our Torrance office quickly and easily. Just call us at 800-577-1717.
